Vincent’s background includes a grounding in the horticulture sector and experience working with government NRM legislation through regulatory and emissions reduction roles. He is a lifelong learner and values listening to those around him to build a deeper understanding of complex systems. 

He is passionate about soil health and integrating sustainable practices in farming systems for better production and ecological outcomes.
